CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS

However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Petals And Beads and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases.
All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.
We will not Exchange or Return with Minor colour and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or may be photographic lighting sources the colour of the image and product may slightly differ. Also, we already clarified that each product is handcrafted by traditional craft artisan.
We will not refund if the address is found incorrect or outdated.
We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
In case of refund approved, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note all the prices are excluding Custom duties, shipping charges.

DISPATCH

Incase of Fabric Jewellery and Bangles the Dispatch time is 3-4 working days from
